The new version of the well-known NOMEX® Label confirms that the marked PPE is “performance tested”. The label confirms the equipment high protective performance, along with all accessories and materials used in the manufacturing process.
The equipments marked with the new NQP Label successfully passed a complex and extensive sequence of tests.

Dear Reader,
Rofa is known to be a major player on the European PPE manufacturers market. When established, in 1897, the company manufactured only fabric, proceeding later on with it’s development. In the following years, the business activity was expanded, to include dyeing and finishing processes. Finally, in 1967, the company established the PPE manufacturing departments rofa considers that fact the company produces everything, from thread to the finished article in Germany as being a particular advantage. Ongoing quality control secures and guarantees the high-quality standards in terms of quality, safety and the ability to deliver.

A distinction is made between four types
of products and accessories
I for babies and infants
II with direct skin contact
III without direct skin contact
IV for décor and outfit materials
rofa products are certified according to class II. This also means that all the accessories such as buttons, zippers, linings, threads, labels, inserts, straps and belts are also certified in accordance with class II.
New: Labour clothing made of Bio-Cotton
Rofa Bio Labour Clothing (PDF-File)
The certified BioRe cotton originates from BioRe projects in India and Tanzania. There, chemical products are not welcomed and the producers are fairly paid. Cotton processing is also carried out using only ecological substances.
